The Fourth International Conference on Changes in Social and Business Environment was held in Panevezys on November 3-4 2011. The Yalova University was one of the organizers and the head of the Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Department Tuncay Güloğlu expressed the best regards of the Yalova University Rector to the Dean of the University of Technology Panevezys Institute, Asta Valackiene and gave his gift. Asta Valackiene thanked the rector for his gift and their support for the international conference. Tuncay Güloğlu and Yalova University Woman and Family Research Center Head Fatma Kahraman Güloğlu presented their papers along with more than a hundred others. Fatma Güloğlu and Tuncay Güloğlu engaged in bilateral and multilateral contacts. It was decided that the next conference would be held in 2013.
